Quick FAQs

♫    The Studio is located 5 blocks north of Hampden and 5 blocks east of Broadway.

♫    Classes are taught by Barbara Grenoble and Peggy McCreary, nationally acclaimed and
       certified Orff Specialists, who have been teaching in the Denver area for over 38 years.
       The Studio has been at its present location since 1979.

♫    Classes are available for Preschool and Kindergarten:  Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at
       10:15 or 1:00, one hour, once a week.           

♫    Preschool Children MUST be 4 years old by September 30th of the new school year.

♫    Classes available for all day Kindergarten through High School:  Monday through Thursday,
       to be scheduled between 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.

♫    All day Kindergartners meet one hour, once a week. 

♫    First Grade through High School meet 1 1/2 hours, once a week.   

♫    We don't list a schedule of classes on the website, as parents will decide particular days
       and times, depending upon numbers, at our registration/orientation.  Please contact the Studio
       for registration information.

♫    Children are grouped according to age and musical experience.

♫    Sequential Curriculums are based upon one school year.

♫    Tuition is due three times a year - Fall / Winter / Spring.

♫    A fragrance free environment is promoted at the Studio.

♫    In the event of extremely bad weather, check with our voice mail.  If we cancel classes, we will
       put a message concerning the cancellation on the machine.  We will not call you.  If there is no
       message, the decision to drive is up to you.  We will be here.

♫    Orff Schulwerk emphasizes creative thinking and improvisation.

♫    Orff Schulwerk introduces students of any age to a lifetime of pleasure in music, whether
       as participants or informed listeners.
